Le notizie degli ultimi giorni hanno confermato quelle che fino a poco tempo fa erano solo voci.... eh già, Jeremy Scott è stato scelto per guidare la Maison Moschino nelle prossime stagioni! In realtà non sono nemmeno troppo stupita, dato che entrambi i brand sono caratterizzati da fantasie e stampe per così dire, "importanti".
Ho deciso di fare questo post solo in italiano, primo per l'ora ormai tarda, secondo perchè oggi ho il dente avvelenato e proprio non ho voglia di concentrarmi! Vi lascio alcune immagini di uno dei defilé di Jeremy Scott...

Finalmente è arrivato il periodo delle fiere..Quest'anno mi preme visitare quella di Bologna che è dedicata interamente ai pellami! Mi dispiace tantissimo per le animaliste, ma io la pelle la adoro! Credo sia uno dei materiali più fantastici impiegati nell'industria tessile, per non parlare della sensazione che da l'indossare un capo realizzato in pelle!

OVS vs MADE IN ITALY

Da un paio d'anni la catena di abbigliamento/casalinghi/non so cos'altro OVS ha dato vita a diverse collaborazioni, tra cui la più famosa con Elio Fiorucci, per rilanciare il Made in Italy messo in crisi da grandi catene di distribuzione straniere quali H&M, Zara e Bershka che spopolano con il loro low cost tra i giovani amanti della moda.... Ultima trovata di OVS quella di un progetto innovativo per contribuire alla creazione di opportunità concrete per i giovani emergenti e rivolgersi ad una nuova generazione di clienti appassionati di moda e attenti alle nuove tendenze.... come recita il sito dell'azienda nel post dedicato: FASHION 4 YOUNG GENERATIONS

E fin qui niente di più nobile...peccato che la suddetta azienda abbia ricercato giovani designer nella prestigiosa Saint Martin's College di Londra, snobbando completamente gli istituti italiani, e ne potrei citare veramente tanti che sfornano ogni anno talentuosi disegnatori! Faccio un esempio? L'Istituto Marangoni e lo IED, entrambi con sede a Milano, L'università Carlo Bò di Urbino, il DAMS di Trieste, quello di Roma, l'Accademia delle Belle Arti di Venezia, ecc....

PlayLife & Università di Trieste

Finalmente una bellissima iniziativa dedicata alla moda anche nella fantastica città di Trieste!

Si tratta di un evento organizzato da PlayLife, acquistata dal Gruppo Benetton, dall'agenzia di comunicazione Numa Italia e dall'Università di Trieste. Gli studenti sono invitati a realizzare un outfit, maschile o femminile a scelta con i capi estivi 2013, che verranno votati all'interno dello stesso store di Trieste, sito in Via Dante.

I voti saranno raccolti nelle date di marzo comprese tra il 14 ed il 20 con serata conclusiva dove sarà allestita una passerella con DJ set ed aperitivo!

Here I am .. just got back from Milan! I was lucky enough to go to Milano Unica, the fair where they are offered new fabrics and knick-knacks for fashion and new collections! I'm not sure that we could take pictures, since no one did! The images that place today are in fact stolen from various stands in the pavilion .... if you have questions, well, go ahead ....

........ I know that these pictures aren't clear...but I can to do the possible!
